Can I try the Scanmaster ELM with the interface connected to the notebook without connection to the car?. I am new to this. My OS is Windows 7. Any help or reference will be appreciated. thanks

Our UniCarScan and OBDLink interfacese works on the table without vehicle and external power supply. Only USB connection is needed. Cheap China clones require external 12V power supply.
